The Celcook CCM1800 Compact Microwave is a commercial microwave oven with 10 touchpad programmable control panel, and the ability to program 100 menu items. The oven has a maximum cooking time of 60 minutes with 11 power levels, 3-stage cooking and a time entry option.

The Output wattage is 1800 watts with top and bottom rotating antenna feed distribution for a uniform heating pattern. The microwave has stainless steel exterior and the interior cavity with 0.6 cubic ft cavity is able to accommodate a 12” plate. The microwaves are stackable and include a safety bracket. With a removable front filter to protect and cool oven components will have a “clean filter” reminder feature.

Celcooks Compact microwave ovens are perfect for professional kitchens that don’t have room to spare for larger pieces of commercial cooking equipment, but still need reliable cooking power. These ovens can also be placed on top of another oven to utilize space.
